AIR BOX 85 Portable air compressor

AIR BOX 85 is a portable air compressor with a well-designed exterior, reasonable internal structure, and excellent lightweight features.



The casing of AIR BOX 85 is made entirely of riveted aluminum and is internally lined with biodegradable soundproofing material with high sound absorption efficiency, allowing the compressor to be used in rooms or workshops. Weighing only 20 kg, it is easy for operators to transport and handle, thanks also to two handles mounted on the top cover.
Ease of Maintenance: The cover, equipped with special hinges, is fully openable. All components are easily accessible for routine and extraordinary maintenance.
Additional Cooling: The internal pumping unit is supplemented by two fans controlled by a thermostatic sensor, which regulates their activation and deactivation based on temperature.
S1 Operating Mode: The compressor operates in continuous duty mode (S1). The 6-liter tank is made entirely of stainless steel.
Standard equipment includes two compressed air outlets and one condensate drain outlet: one compressed air outlet directly from the tank, one regulated compressed air outlet via the pressure reducer, and one outlet for condensate drainage.
Comprehensive Instrumentation: The electrical and pneumatic control system includes a pressure gauge for reading maximum pressure, a pressure gauge for the pressure regulated by the reducer, an hour counter, and an on-off switch.
